Fulfillment Policy

At iSourceit, we specialize in custom Shopify design and development services delivered through a milestone-based project structure. Due to the nature of our work, fulfillment refers to the provision of digital services and deliverables, rather than physical goods.

Fulfillment Timeline

All project timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon within the signed proposal. Fulfillment begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit and continues in collaboration with the client until final delivery. Delays caused by missing content, idle periods, or lack of communication from the client may shift delivery timelines.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their project at any time by written notice. In the event of cancellation:

  • Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
  • A kill fee will apply, equal to the deposit amount plus any additional work or expenses incurred beyond the deposit.
  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

iSourceit also reserves the right to cancel or pause a project if:

  • The client is unresponsive for over 30 days,
  • The scope significantly changes without agreement, or
  • Invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.

Refunds

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds once a project has started. However, in case of any dispute, we are open to discussions to ensure fair resolution based on documented work progress and payment milestones.

Ownership & Delivery

Ownership of all deliverables is transferred upon final payment. Until all dues are cleared, iSourceit retains rights to all design and development work. Clients will receive final files or site handover upon full payment of outstanding invoices.
