Thai Red King Prawn Curry

Sustainably sourced king prawns in a fragrant and spicy red Thai curry sauce, topped with bamboo shoots, peppers, spring onions and a sprinkling of sesame

Prawns (Prawns, Salt) (Crustacean)(31.41%), Coconut Milk, Bamboo Shoots, Spring Onion, Yellow Pepper, Red Pepper, Red Thai Paste (Garlic, Dried Red Chilli, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp (Crustacean), Salt), Kaffir Lime Peel, Pepper), Sweet Chilli Sauce, Fresh Coriander, Water, Soy Sauce (Soya, Wheat), Lime Juice, Fresh Mint, Sesame Seed (Sesame), Lemongrass, Flour (Wheat), Fish Sauce (Fish), Red Chilli, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Lime Leaves

Small - 8 mins | Large - 15 mins

Remove the cardboard sleeve, pierce film

Microwave on full power 850W for 6 minutes (small) or 8 minutes (large). Carefully remove film and stir the sauce and prawns well, replace the film and heat for a further 2 minutes (small) or 7 minutes (large)

Small - 45-55 mins | Large - 55-65 mins

Pre-heat your oven to 170C fan / 190C electric / gas mark 5

Remove the cardboard sleeve, & pierce film

Cook for 30 minutes (small) or 40 minutes (large). Carefully remove film and stir well, replace film and cook for a further 15 minutes. If using a gas oven, cook for an extra 10 minutes.
